Do you ship worldwide?
Absolutely! 🌍 No matter where love takes you, we’ll deliver your perfect gift right to your door.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped straight from our warehouse in Hong Kong.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly 💨, so any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, your order can still be returned for a full refund once received.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal for a secure, easy checkout experience.
When will my order be processed?
We work hard to get your gifts out fast! 🎁 Orders are processed between Monday and Friday and usually ship within 1-3 business days. Please allow extra time during holidays or sale events.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, deliveries typically take 2-4 weeks. We promise it’ll be worth the wait! 💖
What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipping, you’re eligible for a full refund. Just contact us, and we’ll make it right.
Will I be charged customs and taxes?
Our prices are tax-free in CAD, but your local customs office may charge duties or taxes upon delivery. These fees are not covered by us, so be sure to check with your local customs office. Unfortunately, we’re not responsible for any delays caused by customs.
How do I return an item?
Not in love with your order? No worries! 💕 Contact us at info@shoploveworks.com, and we’ll guide you through the return process.
What if the item I received is defective, incorrect, or damaged?
We want every order to be perfect! 💯 If you receive a defective, incorrect, or damaged item, email us with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll fix it as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, your refund should appear within 7-10 business days after we receive your return or approve your cancellation. If you haven’t seen the funds yet, check with your bank or card issuer.
